The Role of Refugee That Led Prabhas to Baahubali

Baahubali 2 has now become the greatest mythological movie ever made and one of the true heroes who made Baahubali what it is is Prabhas. SS Rajamouli has his reasons for choosing Prabhas for the role of Amarendra Baahubali and Shivudu. And the reason is Prabhas’ portrayal of his role as a refugee in Rajamouli’s film Chathrapathi. The movie which was released in 2005 was a huge hit and this led to the friendship between Prabhas and Rajamouli and ultimately to Baahubali. The director saw his dream hero when he saw Prabhas doing the role of a Srilankan refugee in Chathrapathi. The actor gave his best and did both the emotional and action scenes with perfection. Ever since Prabhas made the commitment to Baahubali, he had not been part of any other movie. The hardwork the actor did for Baahubali is worth mentioning and he invested five years for the film. The actor both reduced and increased his weight and learned martial arts for the movie. And in the end all that hardwork finally paid off and Baahubali 2 became the highest grossers ever in the Indian Film industry.
