Remember Ali from the Dhoom series? Uday Chopra is among those celebrities who always put their physical fitness before anything else. He is out of the limelight for some years now. He was last seen in Aamir Khan-starrer Dhoom 3 in 2013. The 44-year-old actor’s recent pictures have gone crazy viral on the Internet. Uday is looking quite different from what he used to look a few years ago. Earlier this year he has been in headlines because of his tweet for Nargis Fakhri, who was rumoured to be dating Uday for a while. Uday tweeted an invite to Nargis for a trip to Rome. In May last year, reports of an alleged break-up between Nargis and Uday started doing the rounds of the Internet. However, Uday Chopra dismissed the rumours as baseless and also shared a status update of sorts. However, later he addressed Nargis and wrote “I wanna go to Rome in April. Nargis Fakhri wanna join me?”
He is the son of the late Yash Chopra and brother of Aditya Chopra. His sister-in-law is the actress Rani Mukerji. Uday Chopra worked as an assistant director on a number of his father’s and brother’s films under the Yash Raj Films banner. Chopra is the owner-manager (CEO) of YRF Entertainment and manager of Yash Raj films along with his mother Pamela Chopra and his brother Aditya Chopra, who owns the company. In July 2012, Chopra founded his own company, Yomics, which creates comics about famous Yash Raj Films such as Ek Tha Tiger, Dhoom and Hum Tum. Chopra received an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Television Movie for producing Grace of Monaco at the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards.
