അടുത്തകാലത്ത് രാജ്യം ഒന്നടങ്കം ചർച്ച ചെയ്ത വിഷയമാണ് കതുവ റേപ്പ് കേസ്.ജമ്മു കാശ്മീരിലെ കതുവ ജില്ലയിലെ മുസ്ലിം ഗുജ്ജാർ-ബാക്കാർവാൾ സമുദായത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള എട്ടുവയസ്സുകാരിയെ ക്രൂരമായി ബലാത്സംഗം ചെയ്ത് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയ സംഭവം രാജ്യത്താകമാനം വളരെ അസ്വസ്ഥതയോടെയാണ് നോക്കികണ്ടത്.
ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ ജനുവരി പത്തിനാണ് കത്വ ജില്ലയിലെ രസന ഗ്രാമത്തില്‍ നിന്നും എട്ട് വയസ്സുകാരിയായ പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയെ കാണാതാവുന്നത്. ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് പന്ത്രണ്ടരയോടെ വീടിനടുത്തുള്ള പുല്‍പ്രദേശത്ത് കുതിരയെ തീറ്റാന്‍ പോയ പെണ്‍കുട്ടി പിന്നെ തിരികെ വന്നില്ല. കൃത്യം ഒരാഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം ജനുവരി പതിനേഴിന് പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയുടെ ചലമറ്റ മൃതദേഹം രസനയിലെ കാട്ടില്‍ നിന്നും കണ്ടെത്തി. രസന ഗ്രാമത്തിലെ താമസക്കാരായ ബക്കര്‍വാള്‍ എന്ന മുസ്ലീം സമൂഹത്തെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തി ഓടിക്കാന്‍ സ്ഥലത്തെ ഒരുപറ്റം ഹിന്ദുക്കള്‍ ചേര്‍ന്ന് ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തതാണ് ഈ അതിക്രൂരമായ ബലാത്സംഗവും കൊലപാതകവുമെന്ന് കുറ്റപത്രത്തില്‍ പറയുന്നു. പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയെ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയ സംഘം നിരവധി തവണ ആ കുഞ്ഞിനെ കൂട്ടബലാത്സംഗത്തിന് ഇരയാക്കിയത് ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ദേവസ്ഥാനത്ത് മയക്കിക്കിടത്തിയായിരുന്നു. രണ്ട് പോലീസുകാര്‍ അടക്കം ആറ് പേര്‍ അടങ്ങുന്നതാണ് കൊലയാളി സംഘം. ജമ്മുകശ്മീരിലെ ക്രൈം ബ്രാഞ്ച് കേസിലെ പ്രതികളായ എട്ടുപേർക്കെതിരെ കുറ്റം ചുമത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ രാജ്യത്തിലുടനീളം മതത്തിന്റെയും വിരോധത്തിന്റെയും പേരിൽ മാനവികത നഷ്ടപെടുന്ന ചിന്താഗതിക്കും അക്രമങ്ങൾക്കുമെതിരെ പ്രായപൂർത്തി ആകാത്തവർക്ക് നീതി ലഭിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ബോളിവുഡ് താരങ്ങളായ ഫർഹാൻ അക്തർ, സോനം കപൂർ, ജാവേദ് അക്തർ, ഷിർഷ് കുണ്ടർ തുടങ്ങിയവർ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള ബോളിവുഡ് താരങ്ങൾ ലജ്ജാകരമായ സംഭവത്തിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ രംഗത്ത് എത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ട്വിറ്ററിലൂടെയാണ് താരങ്ങൾ പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത കുട്ടികൾക്കെതിരെ നടക്കുന്ന നീതിനിഷേധത്തിനും അക്രമത്തിനും എതിരെ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചത്‌. താരങ്ങളുടെ ഈ പ്രവർത്തികൾ ചില മാറ്റങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടുവരും എന്ന് നമുക്ക് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാം.
