കേരള നിയമസഭാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ ഭരണത്തുടര്‍ച്ച നേടി ചരിത്ര വിജയം സ്വന്തമാക്കിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് പിണറായി വിജയന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള എല്‍ഡിഎഫ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍. ഏറ്റവും ഒടുവില്‍ വിവരം കിട്ടുമ്പോള്‍ 99 സീറ്റുകളില്‍ എല്‍ഡിഎഫും, 41 സീറ്റുകളില്‍ യുഡിഎഫുമാണ് വിജയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്‍ഡിഎയ്ക്ക് സീറ്റുകളൊന്നും തന്നെ നേടാനായില്ല.
അതേ സമയം മലയാളസിനിമാ ലോകവും പിണറായി സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ആശംസകള്‍ നേര്‍ന്ന് രംഗത്തെത്തി. ഉണ്ണി മുകുന്ദന്‍, നിവിന്‍പോളി, ഗീതുമോഹന്‍ദാസ്, പ്രിഥ്വിരാജ് സുകുമാരന്‍, ടൊവിനോ തോമസ്, റിമ കല്ലിങ്കല്‍, പാര്‍വതി, സംയുക്ത മേനോന്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവരാണ് ആശംസകളുമായി എത്തിയത്.
